Once your return/exchange has been authorised please fill in our Returns/Exchange form which is downloadable from the footer on our site and include with your returned item/s

Return/Change of Mind

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

It’s essential that the product must not be defective or used by the customer and contain all original parts and accessories. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and tags, and that the product is undamaged overall. We reserve the right to decline a return or an exchange at any stage if products are returned damaged.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return – Defect

If you receive an item and it’s damaged or defective please contact info@sportsinvolve.com to arrange return and replacement and we will get back to you within 5 working days.

Once the customer informs the support team about his concern in 14 days of receiving the item than customer is bound to return back the item within 14 days of the authorised return date. If we receive the return after this date the claim of return will not be entertained.

Exchange

Products can be swapped for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available in stock. This option is available within 14 days of the delivery and item must not be in used in that period. If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product and place a new order.

The Heavy items that are returned for colour change, size change or no longer needed, the return shipping has to be paid by the buyer unless the mistake is from our side.

Other imitations for returning goods:

Once the customer informs the support team about his concern in 14 days of receiving the item than customer is bound to return back the item within 14 days of that notice period else the claim of return will not be entertained.

Items which will be returned without informing support team after the period of 14 days will not be eligible for any claim.

Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for postage to return the item/s unless this is a mistake from our side or the product is received damaged.
